4 Weeks Post Partum

Its been an incredible month with our new little family. With many ups and some downs, I feel like things are settling and we are all getting into a new groove. Here is the story of little Jonas. This is the end of my pregnancy blog.

    I'm unable to comment on your new blog - so in case you happen to read this, thanks for your "questions answered" response. Yes, our doctors and nurses are trained here and we do have the benefits of modern medicine. I also have competent midwives, so always felt in good hands. Fortunately, things went very well and I needed practically no intervention at all. I think my years of distance running helped prepare me mentally for the challenge and I felt in control at every moment. Tired now, but never been much of a sleeper anyway, and very, very happy! Thought I better respond to your thoughtful reply! Thanks!
